1. The job responsibility comprises of front line field sales of Company Products
2. Value added inputs during pre, on & post sales
Add on Upgrades for the Business Manager
1. Preparation of targets & budgets for the financial year
2. Preparation of Market / Action Plan for achieving budgeted performance
3. Monitoring, implementation and periodic fine tuning/ revision of the Market action plan through the team member
4. Guiding, directing and supporting reinforcing the front line sales staff and help them succeed
5. Designing structured field visit programme consciously devoted to relationship marketing and strengthening contact with Key Account with Key decision makers
6. To act as a strong link pin between customers and foreign principal by securing techno commercial back up for and on behalf of the customers through effective communication by various means exploring various communication devices and modes (Skype, video conferencing)
7. Deriving extra mileage from the principals by developing strong interpersonal relationships in the key person. So as to serve the customer in the best possible way.
8. Developing comprehensive business understanding and acquiring market intelligence / trade information whos who update/competition and media watch. With the help of market analyst coordination.
9. Trace and Track of ongoing prospect expansion, new project information and providing the information selectively to the field sales personal and top members so as to enable formulate strategies
10. Administering the Branch Operations and coordinating the technical services activities in tandem with the Service Manager
11. Regularly/ Periodic Evaluation/ appraisal of team members and ascertaining customer satisfaction levels by suitable means (devise his methods)
12. Ensuring overall effectiveness of the team members for maximising the business results and personal enrichment and enhancing
13. The position call for providing manual inputs to top core team or sustained business growth and strengthening of the Organisation
14. Acquiring new customers and market by developing and strengthening the business network
15. Collecting and consolidating market intelligence information related to competitors movement, new installation, projects, customer expansion plans and etc.
