Require Technical Sales Manager For Pharma Packaging Machines

Role & responsibilities

Designation: - Manager Technical- Sales and Marketing

We are looking for a highly motivated sales and marketing professional for our Capital Equipments. Candidates should possess an experience of selling Capital Good Equipments for Pharma/ Packaging Industry (Blister Machines, Cartoning Machines, Filling and Capping Machines)

Preferred candidate profile

Skill set :

Dealing in capital goods preferably pharmaceutical companies.

Knowledge of Numerical controlled aspects.

Knowledge of layouts.

Techno commercial ability.

Good communication skill (Written and Verbal).

Problem solving techniques.

Client grievance handling.

Ready to travel in India/ Overseas.

Responsibilities

Sales planning (Annual, Half year, Quarterly)

Budgeting and tracking

Visit to clients (After Lead in converted in to negotiation/ technical discussion/ closure)

Key account handling

Coordination with clients (at the stage of presale, on and post sale)

Updating the sales pitch to management

Assist in Planning of promotional activities (Exhibitions, seminars, demos)

Market analysis and updating to management

Visit clients and give presentations

Complaint handling

Conduct follow-up meetings with prospective clients
Aggressive Attitude and willing to chase the Revenue Targets.
Should be a dynamic, go-better with a vision to generate the business

To ensure performance of the machine meets clients requirement

To co-ordinate with service department to ensure that issues are resolved timely and to the satisfaction of the client.

Ensure in time reporting to the HOD

Technical discussions for the new & existing inquires

To collect technical details of client requirements regarding application
