- Supporting the team in day-to-day operational tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and customer service.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

- Preparing documentation, presentations, and other materials as required by senior staff.
- Reporting on performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
