Job Description :

As a member of the QA team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our enterprise applications.

You will collaborate with other SDETs to build robust automated regression testing capabilities, enhance debugging processes, and improve overall test coverage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate software functionality and performance.

- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Cucumber, or other relevant frameworks.

- Develop and maintain REST API automation frameworks.

- Analyze test results, identify and report defects, and track them through resolution.

- Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements, identify testing needs, and participate in code reviews.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to release.

- Improve test coverage and identify areas for test automation enhancement.

- Document product failures, test procedures, analysis, and other relevant information in internal tools such as Jira, Quip, TestRail, etc.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

- Work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance.

- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Java.

- Experience in developing and executing web automation tests using Selenium or Cucumber.

- Experience in developing and executing REST API automation tests.

- Ability to write clear, concise, and well-documented test plans and test strategies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with performance and load testing tools.

- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
