Job Description :
- Should have 10+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing maintenance and support services
- Should have strong understanding of ITIL concepts (ITIL certification is preferred)
- Strong experience in incident management, service request fulfilment, problem management and knowledge management are expected
- 2+ years of experience in managing RPA services
- Need to set up the support team, support model, shift plan and service delivery processes
- Should monitor and track the day-to-day services and deliverables
- Ensure process compliance, SLA adherence and higher customer/end-user satisfaction
- Implement suitable tools and best practices
- Bring in continual service improvement and achieve effort optimization
- Periodic status reporting along with all agreed metrics and SLAs
