Discuss with Circle head/ Project Control Manager for rollout target

 RFE Survey validation and hygiene check of reports

 Follow Circle level rollout planning to meet rollout targets

 Go & No-Go site clearance of punch points

 Manage site engineers and SOLPAR resources within under his responsibility

 Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly report

 Implement Do-It-First-Time approach

 Risk analysis and mitigation plan

 Ensure only trained solpar resources are working on sites

 Interaction with Jio filed team in circle to clear issues & punch points
