Job Description
- Act as the primary on-ground support for project implementation and site activities.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and community members, to facilitate smooth project execution
- Monitor day-to-day site operations, ensuring tasks are completed according to project timelines and standards.
- Address immediate operational needs and resolve issues as they arise on-site.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during all project activities.
- Report progress, challenges, and update regularly to the Program Manager .
- Support data collection, logistics, resource allocation, and equipment management to maintain efficient site operations.
- Build strong relationships within the community to promote project success.
- Mobilize community for any training sessions, awareness sessions etc
- Built strong relationship with local authorities to avail required support, permissions etc
- Bachelors/masters degree in social works or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field coordination and implementation
- Proven experience in executing small scale implementation (construction and/ or installation) projects
- Strong community engagement and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Kannada and knowledge of English, Hindi
- Willingness to travel and be on the field 15-20 days a month as necessary
