Tender Executive

Role & responsibilities :-

• Tender Preparation: Prepare, review, and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with all specifications, deadlines, and requirements.
• Tender Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Finance, and Legal) to gather necessary information for tenders.
• Bid Analysis: Review tender documents and specifications, analyze requirements, and highlight any potential risks or issues.
• Document Management: Maintain an organized record of all tender submissions, contracts, and related correspondence.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with clients for tender clarifications and follow-up.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all tenders are compliant with regulatory and company policies.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor bids, and potential opportunities for new tenders.
• Post-Tender Follow-up: Track the status of submitted tenders and prepare reports on outcomes (awarded, rejected, etc.).

• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with tendering platforms, procurement processes, and legal aspects of contracts.
