Asthe Lead/Manager Facilities & EHS, you will oversee our Brightly Noidaoffice space in India & you will be responsible to promote theorganizational Real Estate, EHS & Workplace Services. The role will also beresponsible for our ensuring our Facility & EHS are as per Corporate Governancemodel applicable globally and in the region.
Responsibilities:
Proficientin Workflow and Applications General Administration & Facilities Management
Responsiblefor managing the daily facility related operations of site(s).
Havingexperience of working within an outsourced facility Management environment orfully leveraged environment.
Transport,cafeteria, housekeeping, and all general administration work activities in thelocation. Implement actions required improving the overall quality results ofeach operation.
Implementall policies and procedures and to make suggestions for improvements as andwhen required.
Responsibleand accountable for Housekeeping, Gardening, Security services and other alliedservices. Accountable for Pest Control, Courier & Staff catering.
Complianceto agreed service levels with vendors.
Monitoroperational performance to stay within budget limits. Control costs and makesuggestions to optimize them.
Providingcontinuous inputs to the operations team to upgrade existing services andimproving the process efficiency.
Monitoringthe overall functioning of processes, identifying the improvement areas andimplementing with adequate measures to maximize Employee satisfaction.
Preparing& Reviewing the MIS reports as per the SLA with a review to appraisemanagement of the process operations and assist in critical decision-makingprocess.
Carryingout site statutory Audits to ensure that the all the statutory compliances aremaintained by the vendor for the staff employed.
PreparingMIS reports on monthly, half-yearly, annually on regards all facilityactivities (i.e., technical- equipment list/status, load details, powerutilized, materials consumption, PPM s, incident soft service, mail room,pantry, shuttle service, mandate, etc.) Asset Management & TechnicalServices
Responsibleto take care of all Assets management at Site & Maintaining and execute thefacilities operational works.
DoBudget forecasting on annually for facility maintenance, costing in-line withequipment s AMC and regular operational maintenance cost.
Manage the Noida Brightly Noida office and engages in active collaboration with local and global business units, functional teams, and service management, as well as the wider EHS&S community, to meet the policy goals set for the Business Unit.
Serves as the primary point of contact for all EHS&S-related issues.

Regularly reviews the EHS&S Management System for effectiveness and spearheads its ongoing enhancement, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
Integration and consideration of EHS&S factors in risk management and assessment processes for projects, products, processes, and operations.
Executes structured audits, assessments, and inspection program.
Ensures that emergency response plans and hazard prevention measures are established and participates in the Siemens BU Crisis Management Team.
Minimumqualifications & attributes:
Bachelor sdegree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
13+years of combined facility management experience and service experience with anemphasis on facilities, hospitality, corporate services, property management,or equivalent office management.
Evidenced training/expertise in the broader spectrum of EHS&S topics.
Expert level knowledge of ISO 14001 (Environmental management), ISO 50001 (Energy management), ISO 45001 (Occupational health and safety management), ISO 9001 (Quality management), management system and implementing /managing management systemelements.
Provenexperience in working with Hybrid Management systems.
