We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

*Identify and research potential leads: Utilize various tools and techniques to identify and qualify potential leads that align with our target market.

*Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies: Create and implement innovative lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and content marketing.

*Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients: Establish rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and position our solutions effectively.

*Track and analyse lead generation metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of our lead generation efforts.

*Collaborate with sales team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process.

*Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously research industry trends and best practices to optimize our lead generation strategies.

*Qualifications:*

* Freshers with Good Communication and Product Knowledge are welcome.

* Proven 0-1yr of experience in lead generation and sales development

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Excellent organizational and time management skills

* Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools

* A passion for building relationships and closing deals

* A self-starter with a strong work ethic
