Job Description
- We are on the lookout for consultants with 6+ years of experience as a network engineer.
- A classic on-premise (Cisco) and Azure cloud Network Engineer.
- Knowledge of Cisco networking equipment (switching / Firewalls / Wireless controller / Wireless access points).
- Cisco CCNA Certification is a must.
- Cisco Network project references are needed.
- Understanding of Site-to-Site VPN.
- Knowledge of other firewall vendors is a plus (Fortinet, Checkpoint, Meraki).
- Knowledge of Azure cloud networking is a real added value.
- Microsoft Azure certificate AZ-104 & AZ-700, or willing to certify.
- You can think along with customers and propose new solutions that can be integrated into their environment.
- You have exemplary organizational and interpersonal skills. You are able to manage both
- customers and colleagues perfectly.
- As GDC Network Expert, you will be responsible for the full ITSM stack & project work.
- Executing configuration changes: if a service request is made, you make sure that the
- job gets done.
- Design/Architecture: when a solution has to be modified to suit a client (tailor-made).
- Troubleshoot: whenever an incident occurs with one of our customers, you are the one
- to respond to it and deal with it.
- Follow up and management of the ticketing queue
