tech-deficit industry globally. We are just not trying to organize but disrupt the industry completely using technology and
process - creating the playbook for the industry.
â Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+
construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using
our technology and processes.
â Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million.
Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In
Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.
Role - Lead Outside Sales
Role and Responsibilities:-
â Leads will be generated in house and prefixed meetings will be assigned to you by inside sales team.
â Data centric in approach and come up with smart & efficient processes for amazing customer experience
â Developing sales strategies and following up on business leads and referrals
â Travelling to various client locations and meeting sales targets
â Conducting presentations and product demonstrations
â Work with the Product team and provide the inputs to improve the interface, for better customer support and
customer experience.
â We are a fastest-growing startup with (1500 + projects completed) and expect all our employees to be flexible, action
and result-oriented self-starters with strong data analysis skills.
â Local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities, and scaling up the Business.
â Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience.
Required skills and Expertise
â 2 + years of experience in high-paced, high-pressure startup.
â Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and should be a quick learner with people management skills.
â You should be a result-oriented, selfâstarter, proactive, strong motivator, collaborative, and focused on team cohesion.
â You should possess strong networking, negotiations and relationship-building skills.
â Local Language Proficiency is preferred.
