  • The Senior Technical Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
  • Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top technical talent
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing
  • Candidate Assessment: Screen and assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and experience through resume reviews, phone interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews
  • Evaluate candidates' cultural fit and alignment with the company's values and team dynamics
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Job Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, including technical skills, experience levels, and specific qualifications
  • Develop accurate and compelling job descriptions to attract the right candidates
  • Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical positions
  • Proactively build talent networks, attend industry events, and engage in community outreach to identify potential candidates
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate interviews, reference checks, offer negotiations, and onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand and value proposition to attract top technical talent
  • Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to develop and implement effective employer branding initiatives
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize the recruitment process and improve outcomes
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape
  • Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers and HR teams on market conditions and talent acquisition strategies
  • Requirements:Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies relevant to the company's industry
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle, programming languages, and other technical domains
  • Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
  • Experience with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry professionals
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborative Approach: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders involved in the recruitment process
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple open positions and prioritize recruitment activities effectively
