Job Description
1. Identify new clients and generate leads through cold calling, references from other verticals, market contact etc
2. Reaching out to direct clients, corporate, PMC and reputed architect for RFP
3. Making regular sales pitches with new clients
4. Meeting prospective clients and making presentations
5. Developing and strengthening relations with clients through meetings and follow-ups
6. Identifying new leads of potential clients for Interior Fit out
7. Meeting Architects, Designers, developers &, Leasing teams to generate business leads
8. Keeping healthy and fruitful relations with network
9. Keep oneself abreast on market knowledge via Newspapers, Magazine etc.
Required Candidate Profile
1. Candidate should be from interior fit-out industry with strong sales background
2. Excellent pre-existing relations must with corporate clients, Leasing teams, PMCs. Developers. Reputed architects
3. Candidates from previous sales background from furniture, corporate leasing, carpet, modular, interior industry preferred
4. Very strong local connect and credibility track record
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
7. Readiness for Pan India travel
