Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Web Developer to join our team at Branding Pioneers. As a Web Developer , you will have the opportunity to work on various web development projects and gain hands-on experience in the field. This internship will provide you with valuable skills and knowledge in PHP, HTML, CSS, JS, chat GPT, design, Saas tools, conversion rate optimization, and integration of pixel, Google Analytics 4, and Search Console.

Roles and responsibilities:

Client Communication

Daily/Weekly/ Monthly Deliverables

Weekly/Monthly Reports

Roadmap Creation

Managing Team and Work

Client Meetings

Task and Activities: 1. Client Communication Interaction:

Understanding the client scope allocated to the DM Team by the support team for onboarding

Onboarding and Collecting Accurate Details from clients as per the predefined scope of the client like Social media logins, Website Logins, Search Console and GA Access

Maintaining and Updating Client Data on Internal software of the Organization (Air table)

Communicating and Interacting with Clients on Daily Basis through calls or WhatsApp groups for work updating

Fulfilling Clients Requirements through Internal or External Team as per priority and tasks Stipulated Turn around Time

2. Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deliverables: Daily Goals:

Coordinating with the team for Website changes, Link Building Activities, Social media Posting, WhatsApp Broadcasting, Google ads Optimization, Sharing Leads to clients and enquire for Quality, Respond to Clients Social media GMB Reviews, Media Collection(Original photos, Patient testimonials) from the Client and Feedback to Team on their Work.

Weekly Goals:

Creating and leading strategies for ON-page SEO, One Blogs Creation, Social media Event creation for the Live Session, YouTube Video Optimization, GMB Reviews, Weekly Reports to the DM Head showing the growth week by week on the platforms you are working on, Discuss with Client for taking feedback on the Quality of Leads/ Calls and rework on the strategies if the results are not satisfactory.

Monthly Goals:

Sending Monthly Reports of Performance Improvements to Clients Reports Based on Google Analytics, Google Search Console, FB Insights, Increase in a number of calls on GMB, Comparison month on month

What all planning concluded through client interaction

Challenges faced during the Day

Achievement of the Day

Plan for next day

4. Roadmap Creation:

Creating Roadmap for the client and discussing Monthly Goals and plans of Implementation with them

Align Roadmap of Social media, SEO, and YouTube as per the healthcare Specialty

Discuss Involvement of Client in the Marketing Activities

Discuss and Approve Budget for Lead Generation and Branding with the Client

Set target for Content Creation, optimization, and Distribution

Set target for Lead Generation for the Month According to the Budget Approved

Set Target for Page Followers and Subscribers for the month

5. Managing Team and Work:

Coordinating Managing And Giving Feedback to Team members like Graphic Designers, Content Writers, SEO Link Building Interns, Video Editor, Web Developers

Creating and Testing High Converting Landing Pages and Sharing Proper Reports for Changes to the Web Developer

Devising Social media Strategy with the Social media Copywriter and Creating a plan for the Full Month

Proofreading Content and Sharing Feedback to Content Writers

Getting Google Reviews for clients through Concerned Executive

Guiding and Giving Feedback to the video Team for video editing

Giving Feedback to Graphic Designers and Creating High Quality

Managing Link Building by Providing Good Quality Websites for Off-Page SEO

3. Client Meetings:

Meeting Client on a Monthly Basis to discuss Future Growth Plans.
