Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute a brand strategy that aligns with CL Media
mission and business goals. Ensure that the brand remains consistent, relevant, and impactful across all platforms.
• Brand Identity & Guidelines: Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all communications.
• Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of branding campaigns that promote CL Media services. Work closely with the sales team to create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
• Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer perceptions, and industry trends. Use insights to refine the brand strategy and identify new opportunities.
• Cross-Channel Coordination: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including digital, print, events, and public relations. Collaborate with various teams to integrate branding efforts across different initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, and delivery team, to ensure that the brand is effectively communicated to institutional clients.
• Brand Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, such as brand
awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty. Provide regular reports and recommendations to the management.
• Reputation Management: Proactively manage the brands reputation, addressing any issues or
concerns that may arise. Ensure that the brand maintains a positive image in the eyes of all stakeholders.
• Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance CL Media’s brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: MBA from a top tier institution or equivalent experience in brand management is preferred.
• Experience: 1 – 4 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the education or corporate sectors. Proven track record of building and managing a successful brand.

• Digital & Offline Branding Expertise: Experience in both digital and offline brand management, with astrong understanding of how to integrate across channels.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiative simultaneously.
