Functional Responsibilities:
- Marketing Plan Execution: Execute holistic marketing plans for ecommerce products.
- Target Audience Identification: Identify potential target segments based on platform audience insights.
- Product Positioning & Strategy: Define product positioning, key selling points, and communication strategy using market data insights.
- Creative & Digital Campaigns: Design out-of-the-box digital, media, PR, and creative plans in coordination with external and central marketing teams.
- Innovation & Idea Generation: Propose innovative campaign ideas to create clutter-breaking promotions.
- Marketing Artwork Development: Develop and design ecommerce marketing artwork and messaging in collaboration with central marketing and platform teams.
- Market Insights & Trends: Gather and share marketing insights and trends to improve campaign quality.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand, messaging, style, and tone consistency across all ecommerce platforms.
- Campaign Performance Monitoring: Execute, monitor, and suggest improvements for campaign performance.
- Campaign Reporting & Analysis: Prepare ad hoc campaign reports and post-campaign evaluation analyses.
- Project Leadership: Represent and lead ecommerce external marketing projects.
- Innovative Platform Integrations: Ensure the delivery of innovative platform integrations from external marketing.
- Content Planning & Coordination: Proactively plan and share ecommerce content requirements with central marketing teams.
Functional Responsibilities Creative Work
- Creative Requirement Estimation: Assess creative and content needs for each project.
- Design Briefing: Coordinate with in-house design teams or external agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Brand Guideline Compliance: Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and obtain approvals from central marketing teams.
- Timely Content Delivery: Deliver creative materials to ecommerce platforms within specified timelines.
- Content Types Development: Create diverse content formats like static banners, social media posts, dynamic creatives, video edits, and landing pages for Amazon/Flipkart.
Other Requirements:
- 8 years experience in content management Integrated marketing planning having ecommerce marketing knowledge.
- Creative thinking and passionate for creating content.
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable in working with a multi-stakeholder cross functional team environment.
- Well-organized, able to meet multiple project timeline and demonstrate attention to details.
- Able to work independently, solve problems, take initiative, self-starter and use good judgment.
- Good command over English and presentation skills to lead/influence discussions.
