Branch Service Operations Manager

Job Summary

• The purpose of this role is to handle Branch Operations in Branches
• Emphasis on cost, control & compliance
• Interactions with customers, processing of customer needs.
• To overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day operations within the Branch
• To ensure accurate, timely and error free operational processing of customer needs and requests in Branches
• Ensuring regulatory compliance & procedural compliance and timely Audit
• Monitor transactions for NEFT/RTGS, etc.
• Vault / Key custodian

Other duties may be assigned as business needs require:

Desired skills and competencies

• Should have managed branch operations for a Bank Before
• Should have Team Handling and leadership skills
• Experience in cross selling products would be an added bonus
