Require Branch Manager Sales For Durgapur (Kitchen/ Home Appliances)

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for driving branch sales numbers across all product categories like Cooktops, Built in Hobs, Chimneys, Geyser etc. through general trade.
• Responsible for Primary & Secondary Sales
• Understand the value drivers of the business and identifying opportunities to increase productivity and market share.
• Manage healthy relationship with channel partners.
• Setting sales targets for the team and individual representatives.
• Maintains and expands customer base by counselling district sales representatives, identifying new customer opportunities.
• Contributing and achieving branch sales targets with a focus on identification and development of new accounts and opportunities.
• Initiate market activities to grow sales & explore new markets/avenues.
• Monitoring teams performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Responsible for developing and servicing the Dealer/Distributor channel to promote the brand and increase the branch sales volume for distribution and projects.
• Involved in client management and Relationship building with the channel partners for business generation, penetration and support.
• Expanding dealers and sub-dealer network.

Preferred candidate profile & Industry preference :

Candidate should have experience in Kitchen appliances, Geyser Sales. Candidates from Kutchina, Elica, Faber, Crompton & Greaves, is preferred.
