About the role
As a Branch Manager, you are entrusted with the vital responsibility of making ICICI Bank a preferred bank in the micro-market around your branch. In this enterprising role, your responsibilities include serving customers' 360-degree banking needs with impeccable service quality, onboarding new customers, and increasing the wallet share of existing customers. The focus should be on growing the market share across individual, business, and corporate customer segments and ensuring the branch's profitability.
As a branch leader, you would have the opportunity to mentor your team, identify training opportunities, achieve synergies across groups in the bank, and inculcate the philosophy of Fair To Customer, Fair To Bank in every customer engagement. The role also involves managing the branch operations within the guardrails of risk and compliance.

Very good Bank and very good work life balance in in this industry.
1st is bank has no annual performance rating policy and for that senior management decide RMG policy and employee transfer far away from his home town like out of state. Not good at all. So require Rating policy as per employee performance. 2nd is too much concall is dificult to work and senior management humiliation in concall is very bad in culture. I hope it will rectify the bank.
