CMS Info Systems - Branch Manager - Cash Logistics (3-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of cash logistics professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and secure cash processing, collection, and delivery operations.

- Oversee all branch activities, including budgeting, cash flow management, and resource allocation.

- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization initiatives.

- Maintain strict adherence to cash handling procedures and regulatory compliance standards.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate security threats.

- Manage and maintain cash logistics equipment and ensure its functionality.

- Prepare comprehensive reports on branch performance and present key findings to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the logistics or cash handling industry.

- Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing operational processes.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- In-depth knowledge of cash handling procedures, security protocols, and regulatory requirements in India (preferred).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant logistics management software is a plus
