Team Lead - .Net Development (5-10 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled . NET Technical Team Lead to guide and mentor our development team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of complex .NET web applications.

You will leverage your extensive experience in .NET frameworks, web technologies, and database systems to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

You will also play a crucial role in mentoring team members, driving technical excellence, and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership and Team Management :

- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to team members.

- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

- Promote best practices in software development and code quality.

Software Development and Architecture :

- Design and develop robust and scalable .NET web applications using ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and .NET Core Web APIs.

- Implement microservices architecture and integrate with various backend systems.

- Develop and maintain Angular MVC front-end applications.

- Design and implement database schemas that represent and support business processes.

- Migrate legacy VB.NET web applications to the latest versions of ASP.NET and C#.

- Implement Payment Gateway, SMS, and Email integrations.

- Utilize various design and architectural patterns to ensure maintainability and scalability.

Database Management and Reporting :

- Develop and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and PL/SQL.

- Design and implement reporting solutions using Crystal Reports and SSRS.

- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.

Code Quality and Testing :

- Implement and maintain code versioning tools, such as GitLab and TFS.

- Conduct thorough code reviews using both automated tools and manual inspection.

- Implement automated testing platforms and write comprehensive unit tests.

- Utilize MS Build for compiling projects.

Project Management and Collaboration :

- Manage multiple ASP.NET projects within a single solution using VS 2019/VS 2022.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

- Experience with 40+ projects within a single solution.

Healthcare Domain Expertise (Preferred) :

- Apply knowledge of the healthcare domain to develop relevant and effective solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (B./B.Tech/MCA from a reputed University/Institution).

- 5-10years of relevant experience in .NET development.

- Proven experience with .NET 4.5+ web frameworks.

- Expertise in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Strong experience in .NET Core Web APIs and microservices.

- Experience with Angular MVC front-end development.

- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, with experience in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and PL/SQL.

- Experience with reporting tools like Crystal Reports and SSRS.

- Proficient experience with code versioning tools, such as Gitlab and TFS.

- Experience with code reviews using both automated tools and manually.

- Experience in Payment Gateway integration, SMS integration, Email integration.

- Experience compiling projects using MS Build.

- Experience writing Unit test cases using latest technology components.

- Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns.

- Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.

- Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.

- Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.

- Experience in migrating legacy web applications from VB.NET to latest versions of AP.NET and C# is preferred.

- Experience in managing multiple 40+ASP.NET projects within a single solution using VS 2019/VS 2022, is preferred.

- Experience in Healthcare domain is preferred.
