Technical Lead - .Net Development (8-10 yrs)

We are hiring .NET Technical Lead for one of our client.

Job overview and responsibility :

Responsibilities :

- Participate in innovative software development life cycle using agile methodologies.

- Be responsible for the quality of technical solutions for medium to complex applications.

- Resolve technical conflicts and make rational decisions between various technical choices.

- Adhere to coding standards, best practices, common design patterns, and principles.

- Set standards, provide technical direction, and perform reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Address complex technical issues hands-on.

- Conduct code reviews, offer recommendations, and direct efforts for continuous improvement in code quality, technical debt reduction, unit tests, and coding standards.

- Collaborate with the architecture team to update and/or create technical designs.

- Coach and train developers to implement software in accordance with designs and standards, fostering their independence in technical matters.

- Self-manage the design of technical stacks for development projects.

- Research new or emerging technologies and frameworks as necessary; provide recommendations, create proofs of concept, and conduct training sessions.

Required skills and experiences :

- Extensive experience in the .NET technology and ecosystem

- At least 8 years of experience in .NET development, including 2 years as a tech lead

- Extensive knowledge of SQL and database management systems

- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, XML, and CSS

- Ability to understand designs documented in mainstream methodologies such as ADD, UML, and BPMN

- Knowledgeable in continuous integration and deployment technologies (Jenkins, Docker)

- Knowledge of clean-code tools such as Sonar

- Fluent communication in English

Preferred skills and experiences :

- Experience and/or certifications on Amazon, Azure and Oracle clouds

- Experience on IT Operations and live systems (in production)

- Knowledge of the Agile methodology (Scrum)

- Knowledge of other programming languages
