Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize our social media channels, run Google Ads and Meta Ads, and contribute to our overall digital marketing strategy. You will also oversee the management of our Google Business Page, ensuring strong online visibility and driving engagement to attract and retain students

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage and optimize our Google Business Page to ensure our visibility and reputation online.
• Run and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase enrollments.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media channels, including posts, images, and videos.
• Monitor and analyze social media, Google Ads, and Meta Ads performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results.
• Suggest and implement creative ideas to enhance our digital marketing efforts and reach target audiences effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing activities with overall business objectives and campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Report on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements and Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in managing social media channels, Google Business Page, and running paid digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proactive attitude with a knack for suggesting creative ideas and innovative solutions.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Marathi shall be an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Graduation in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a plus.
