Job Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and interactive lectures for senior division offline classes, focusing on clarity to maximize students time spent practicing questions.
2. Provide competitive exam-oriented course delivery aligned with JEE/NEET requirements.
3. Offer one-on-one doubt resolution during non-teaching hours and address student queries through the app.
4. Regularly review student performance reports and provide actionable feedback to improve outcomes.
5. Motivate and guide students to remain focused and committed throughout the academic session.
6. Interact with parents during the admission process, providing guidance and addressing their concerns about courses and exam preparation.
7. Participate in educational seminars and workshops conducted at schools and colleges to build awareness and inspire students.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Educational Qualification:
• For Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics: Graduate from IIT, NIT, or an institute of similar standing.
• For Biology: MBBS, BDS, or MSc/PhD from a reputed institution.

2. Skills and Competencies:

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong presentation skills to deliver lectures in an engaging manner.
• Passionate about teaching and committed to producing excellent results for students.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools, including digital boards and content, to enhance the learning experience.

Experience Requirement:

• Proven track record of mentoring students who have qualified for JEE/NEET with excellent results.
