Role & responsibilities

Financial Accuracy: Review and verify figures, postings, and documents to ensure accurate financial records. This includes understanding and applying various tax regulation requirements.

• File and Record Management: Organize, secure, and maintain all financial files, records, and cash equivalents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Data Handling: Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and maintain accurate financial records, utilizing journals, ledgers, and computers.
• Report Preparation: Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. This includes completing period-end closing procedures and generating necessary reports.

Billing and Reconciliation: Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures. Follow up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment is received or issues are resolved.

• Banking and Financial Coordination: Work closely with banking and financial institutions to address various financial needs, ensuring effective financial management and transactions.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide critical insights for decision-making processes. Candidates with experience in independently managing Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets. Expertise in consolidating Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets. Proficient in handling elimination entries. What Qualifications You Will Need: B.Com/ M.Com qualified. This role is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge in accounting and finance, seeking to apply and expand their skills in a professional setting.
