Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery of Adobe Commerce solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Basic knowledge of ecommerce functional, Adobe Commerce versions and benefits, passionate to learn and explore more on Adobe Commerce cloud, on-premise.

Previous working experience on Adobe Commerce will be preferred.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.

Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business requirements and aligning project deliverables with their strategic goals.

Conduct regular status meetings and project updates to keep clients informed and engaged.

Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Proactively address challenges to ensure smooth project progression and client satisfaction.

Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently, considering project requirements and team strengths.

Optimize resource utilization to meet project timelines and budget constraints.

Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality Adobe Commerce solutions.

Conduct thorough testing and validation before project deployment.

Deviation Management: Manage project budgets, tracking deviation and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Excellent and Effective Communication: Ability to communicate well with client, stakeholders and internal team to provide clear picture and assist in terms of overall progress Track and update on project challenges, delay, risks and get resolved effectively by him/her self.
