Bradman Technologies requires a Customer support executive / Customer support Manager / Client relationship manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
We need someone who is experienced in this industry and also has a knowledge on Photoshop and image editing.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator whos able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. You need to resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our design services. You also need to increase our revenue by cross selling to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Create proposals to address clients business needs
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services
- To up-sell or cross-sell our products
- To achieve sales and revenue targets
- To collaborate with internal teams to address customers needs
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Background in customer service;
- Knowledge of Design services
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well with a team
