Project Manager (Electrical)

Job Responsibility:

• Contribute to the identification of contractors and vendors for providing cost effective Electrical Services to the Organization
• Conduct effective negotiations with Electrical Service Design Consultants, vendors and contractors to obtain preferential rates and generate cost savings
• Monitor payments to vendors and contractors to ensure timeliness and accuracy
• Provide technical support to Site Teams for Electrical Services related activities
• Resolve vendor and contractor queries regarding the execution of Electrical Services, in a timely and effective manner
• Monitor the timely provision of Electrical Service designs to the Liaison Department for obtaining statutory approvals
• Coordinate with the Facilities Management Team for resolving maintenance issues and for administering AMCs and other responsibilities of the Electrical Services contractors and vendors, post handover of the property
• Benchmark best practices in Electrical Services designs and execution with competitors and provide inputs to the Department Head on the feasibility of their incorporation in BPTP
