Job Description:

A civil assistant manager plans, coordinates, and monitors civil construction projects. They work with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.

Planning

Monitoring Review project progress and performance, Verify quality and quantities of work, Prepare project reports, and Ensure quality standards are met

Coordination

Supervision

Other responsibilities

• Maintain records pertaining to quality and testing
• Arrange project meetings
• Record correspondences and minutes of meetings
• Assist with receipts, storage, and issue of company procured items

Skills
