We are hiring Key Account Executive / Business development Executive for Bangalore Location

Experience : 0 - 8 years

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Employment: Full Time

Salary: 12000 - 65000 K + Incentives

Your Role:

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our growth. You'll scout new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and bring innovative event ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including potential clients.

* Generate income for to an agreed annual target

* Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners

* Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets

* Creating and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients

* Negotiating contracts and closing deals

* Collaborating with internal teams, such as operations and designers, to ensure successful delivery of events

* Building and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities

* Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities

* Attending industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and identify new business

opportunities.

* Hire & Manage Team for sales & client servicing

Qualifications and Skills:

* A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role

* Strong understanding of the event planning and event industry

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

* Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively

* Ready to travel

* Salary + Incentives as per experience and targets..
