Sales Role - Formal Servicing - BFSI (4-12 yrs)

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Coordinating with mid and senior management level clients for their requirements and requests

- Managing customized request of HNI clients

- Scheduling investments and trust advisory calls

- Managing client requests/queries/complaints by coordinating with the concerned internal stakeholders

- Ensuring all requests are managed within TAT on the Customer Relationship Management (CMS) system.
