Plant Head (15-27 yrs)

- Candidate need to managing Overall Plant Management. Handling QA & QC, Process Control, Health & Safety, Maintenance, Compliance, Crisis management. Taking care of Control Conversion Cost & Business Profitability.

- Continuous Improvement and Productivity. Monitor NPD.

- Need to take all the day to decisions related to plants such as allocation of resources, rejection, consumption standards, contractor hiring, safety related decisions, decision on red tag items.

- Can take the decision on hiring of people as per the MPP continual improvement projects which has ROI of 1 to 2 years.

- Finalize the raw materials specifications in consultation with purchase to optimize the cost. Consult with marketing and customers to develop the new products/provide the optimum costing /take the decision to invest in new plant and machinery based on ROI.

- Accept or reject the incoming materials if there is any deviations without compromising the quality.

- Take the final decision on his team members based on the performance/if any one violates the core values.
