Job Summary - Sales Project Manager

The Sales Project Manager to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CCO. The role involves providing analytical support, managing schedules, coordinating strategic initiatives & customer meetings. Handling communication with key stakeholders and ensuring seamless execution of commercial operations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, business acumen, attention to detail, and discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information.

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support, assist in creating reports, business updates, and strategic documents.
• Work directly with CCO on ongoing commercial projects, research, and initiatives.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, take minutes, and track action items.
• Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence while screening and managing inquiries.
• Manage the CCO's calendar, prioritize meetings, and align schedules with key priorities.
• Coordinate scheduling and travel of domestic and international itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and logistics.
• Track and manage expense & analytics.
• Act as a bridge between the CCO and internal/external stakeholders for smooth communication.
• Support the tracking of sales targets and performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to align with the organizations strategic goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
• Conducting or managing logistics for sales conferences and trade shows.
• Program manage assigned initiatives including documentation and data, relevant to the commercial function.
• Handle sensitive information discreetly, assist in streamlining administrative processes and preparing Adhoc reports.

Qualifications and Experience

The candidate should have atleast a bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience supporting senior executives. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and understanding of commercial operations and sales processes are essential. The role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure. High levels of integrity, confidentiality, discretion, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset are crucial, along with a proactive approach and accountability for deliverables.
