Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Financial Reconciliation: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of e-commerce transactions, ensuring that all sales, fees, and payments are accurately recorded in the financial system.

2. Accounts Receivable: Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable related to e-commerce platforms, including vendor payments, customer refunds, and internal charges.

3. Revenue Recognition: Ensure correct revenue recognition for e-commerce sales, including handling returns, exchanges, and adjustments in line with accounting policies.

4. Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all e-commerce financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and contracts.

5. Collaboration with E-commerce Team: Work closely with the e-commerce sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment between financial operations and business goals.

6. Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, reports, and explanations related to e-commerce financial operations.
