Job Description
- Preparation of Department wise invoice details & follow up with GBS team for timely posting of invoices before Payment Cycle,
- Preparation of Supporting files for Budget working (dashboard preparation for SSRM, labor expense & other Overheads, Variable OH etc.),
- Preparation of Job work reconciliation Statement on Monthly basis for timely addressing variations & Stock count at JW location timely.
- MIS Preparation & timely submission.
- Monthly physical stock count with plant team & reporting for any abnormalities.
- Co-ordinating with GBS Team for any updates about invoice processing/payment process.
- Active involvement in plant Costing activities (i.e. Order consumption Variance/Power Consumption Posting Etc.)
- Other Plant related activities for supporting (i.e. Near miss Reporting,5S Audit, Kaizen reporting etc.)
