Key Responsibilities:
Develop Recruitment Strategies:
- Design and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to meet organizational goals.
- Identify and utilize the most effective sourcing methods to attract candidates.
Manage Recruitment Team:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.
- Ensure the recruitment team meets its hiring targets and goals.
Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:
- Use job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels to source candidates.
- Develop relationships with universities, industry associations, and other relevant organizations.
Screening and Selection:
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to make final hiring decisions.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the company's brand as an employer of choice.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other employer branding activities.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and innovative recruitment techniques.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Compliance:
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree in Human Resources,
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
