* Manage travel desk operations, including arranging international and domestic flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and other related travel arrangements.
*Owning the responsibility for the logistics of marketing events, internal company events, meetings, conferences, training programs, etc.
*Maintain records and documentation related to accounts and administration.
*Assist in day-to-day operations and office maintenance.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of relevant experience in administration or travel desk management.
Good Communication and Organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Should efficiently handle software tools for operations.
Knowledge of accounts is a valuable advantage.
Based out in Chennai, Tamilnadu.
Work from Office - Compulsory.
