- Assist with purchase order creation, processing, and tracking
- Verify accuracy of orders, prices, and delivery dates
- Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, shipping, and inventory
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records and spreadsheets
- Support inventory management and control
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient purchasing
- Assist with data entry and repotting
Preferred candidate profile:

- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.
