4. Support Analysis Team with WI and facility
5. EWAK and NPI Coordination including Localization
6. Coordination for scrap accounting in SAP
7. Operational KPI tracking related to Q
8. Process confirmation
9. EWS adherance
10. Q-Alert Adherence
11. FT and EFT Clearance on time
12. Q-Block clearance. Reporting of IDC.
Layered Process Confirmation reports
Improvement projects for quality.
Conduct and Lead PDCA meeting.
Internal (AWP ) complaints closure through systematic problem solving.
Co-ordination for supplier complaints.
A3 PSS and supplier 8D.
Proces audit and customer audit co-ordinaion.
