Senior Associate

Main objective of the job:
As a S/4 Project implementation Manager you are responsible for the successful migration of Customer Master Data a from SAP R3 to S/4HANA systems and contributing directly to the worldwide S/4 transformation at Bosch.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

• Ensure data preparation and migration to S/4 target systems based on global S4 rollout roadmap;
• Using Analytics, Automation and Workflow Tools (e. g. PowerBI, Knime, Alteryx) to increase efficiency and quality of daily work;
• Coordination with internal Partner and Stakeholders (Master Data Owner, Project Leads, Managers);
• Fulfilling the requirements of business partners and stakeholders in terms of time, scope and quality;
• Supporting Master Data Owner and S/4 project managers as specialist for migration projects;
• Continuous monitoring and evaluation of project status and progress;
• Harmonizing and structuring different approaches for Customer Master Data migrations;
• Creating and updating of procedures or instructions when necessary;
• Performing any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Responsibilities regarding Occupational Health and Safety

• Applies and respects all the legislative standards regarding occupational health and safety, work in-instructions, internal procedures and rules concerning Occupational Health and Safety, fire prevention and fire extinction;
• Takes all medical exams, as instructed by the organization, part of Occupational Health and Safety regulations;
• Uses in a correct way the installations, work equipment, appliances and other tools in the facility. Does not turn off, change or remove the safety appliances, especially those of machines, work equipment, tools, technical units and buildings security systems;
• Immediately informs the Manager and HSE responsible about any accidents suffered by one per-son;
• Cooperates as necessary with the assigned persons, in order to facilitate any/all accomplishments or requests disposed by the officers of health regarding health protection and employees security.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Language: Romanian, English;
• University Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or similar areas;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Master Data Management (preferred: Customer Master Data);
• Advanced knowledge in SAP R3 and/or S4/HANA (transactions, data model, business processes);
• Ability to use BI and automation tools;
• Analytical skills and logical thinking;
