Global Process Expert - Billing - SD Invoicing

As a Billing expert the candidate would be interacting with sales, finance operations, logistics and technical team. Should be able to understand the requirement/problem of the business users and able to suggest solutions.

Understand the Sales Business Framework (SBF) and prepare process level documentation as per project requirements.

Participate in project scoping workshop and understand the relevant sub-processes which are applicable with respect to Billing.

Initialization and implementation of process adjustments, standardization and optimization.

Good process understanding with respect to sales which include order management, delivery processing and shipment with focus on invoicing.

Planning and coordination of tests, training and migration, know how transfer and support for the bill to cash topics
