Job Description
Lead a team of AC- Area Sales Managers & deliver key business KPI.
Define a strategy for the zone to drive/deliver growth of increase contribution from Accessories & adjacent business.
Implementation of TT GTM Strategy in Region- eg identifying & appointing exclusive dealers/distributers for AC
Build effective lead management practices- in the team, to maxmise sales conversion
Drive execution effectiveness- eg- leverage and drive relevant new product launches, non-Bonded share, millionaire dealer etc
Collaborate with KUM & Regional Heads to ensure common goals are supported & driven effectively
Actively work with MKR to provide feedback on new product development process.
Keep track of competition activities & trends
Leverage digital & analytics tool for business effectiveness.
Structured reviews - with sharp focus on key business drivers
Team management-
develop team competency to drive high performance culture.
Work with the team & provide constructive feedback to the team members on an ongoing basis.
Manpower hiring - identifying talent and nurturing
