Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Legal Assistant
- Managing legal cases
- Follow-up with lawyers/advocates
- Drafting Legal Notices and correspondence
- Drafting MoUs, Deeds, Contracts, Agreements, etc.
- Study and analyse case laws
- Tracking legal cases and court procedures
Preferred candidate profile:
- Law Graduate (with or without Sanath)
- Good Academic Record
- Good knowledge and understanding about law
- Experience of 2 to 3 years with a practising advocate
- Knowledge of basic court procedures
- command over English and Marathi
- Honest and hardworking
- Open for long term commitment
- Proactive
