Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Appointing channel partners across region assigned.
  • Achieve Sales targets - Monthly/Quarterly/Annual through channel partners in the assigned region.
  • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Plan for new dealership onboarding.
  • Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance with dealers.
  • Initiate marketing programs/BTL activities from time to time in the assigned region.
  • Monitor customer service to achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Timely Training to Dealers and dealer staff on the Sales process, Product & CRM-related activities.
  • Reporting on Dealer performance, Market Shares, Market information, sales forecast, Competitor performance, RTO analysis, Application matrix, Financier matrix, and Team Productivity.
  • Closely working with marketing teams for sales and marketing campaigns across dealerships.
  • To achieve the sales and revenue targets as well as growth of the business
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to existing customer bases across the region.
  • Building strong relationships with key accounts
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors activities


Requirements and Skills:


  • Qualifications : B.E/B.Tech/MBA
  • Experience 6-8 years in Automobile field / EV Industry
  • Ability to travel across regions allotted for about 20 - 25 days per month.
  • Candidate should speak local language fluently
  • Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Knowledge on ROI Working
  • Dealership management
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
