The team is responsible for business and system analysis across the Operations and Technology area.

Job Description / Responsibilities :

- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive solution designs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.

- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.

- Create detailed documentation of solution designs and specifications.

- Develop prototypes or proofs of concept to validate proposed solutions.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing and implementation.

- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.

- Conduct feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis for proposed solutions.

- Ensure that solutions align with organizational goals and industry standards.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to implemented solutions.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in solution architecture.

- Collaborate with vendors and external service providers as needed.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in solution analysis, software development, or a related role.

- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Experience with database management and data modeling.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in programming languages and technical tools (e.g. Python java etc).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

- Understanding of security and compliance considerations in solution design.

- Knowledge of cloud technologies and microservices architecture.

- Experience with enterprise software and application integration.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies.

Capabilities, and Skills :

- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, with a focus on eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements

- Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency, including experience with data extraction, interpretation, and making data-informed decisions

- Developing technical fluency in relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies, with a curiosity to continuously expand technical knowledge

- Experience in data visualization and analytics, including understanding of vendor products and managing vendor relations

- Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively translate complex information for diverse stakeholder audiences

- Relevant testing experience within the Financial Services industry supporting multiple LOB s delivering in a highly complex, pressurized and high volume environment.
