Field Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential customers to promote and sell company products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Demonstrate product features, address customer questions, and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer details, leads, and progress, in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights to inform business strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelors degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales or a related role (freshers with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply).
• Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
• Additional Requirements:
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
