But today, the technology which powers them is broken. The existing suite of software is clunky, difficult to use, faces regular outages, and offers poor support.

We re changing that.

Kenko is the most complete software for fitness wellness businesses. We bring together scheduling, memberships, payments, marketing, payroll everything on one platform and automate it. Our goal is to replace ten different tools they use today with one almighty.

So that they can focus on what they love making people healthy and happy.

We are looking for a Website Design Development Specialist to own and manage our website design and development service. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality, custom-developed websites tailored to provided designs while ensuring smooth project execution, timely delivery, and seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, customer coordination, and project management.

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive understanding of Kenkos features, functionality, and capabilities to deliver high-quality website solutions.
Develop and maintain custom websites based on provided designs, ensuring high-quality and responsive layouts.
Ensure compliance with best practices in web development, usability, and accessibility.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific website requirements and ensure timely development and deployment that aligns with their expectations.
Take ownership of assigned projects, adhering to timelines and delivering exceptional results for clients.
Define project timelines and milestones, based on the complexity of development, ensuring smooth and timely website delivery.
Create and maintain clear and concise documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles, to support both customers and internal teams.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance workflows and processes based on customer feedback, industry trends, and product updates, ensuring a seamless and industry-leading customer experience.
Continuously stay updated on the latest website development best practices, tools, and technologies to identify opportunities for process automation and optimisation.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in website development, front-end development, or a related role.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website builders (experience with Duda is a strong plus).
Experience working with Figma, Canva, or other design tools is preferred.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel integrations.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple website projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage timelines efficiently.
Willingness and availability to work in the US time zone.
