Job Description
Whats this role about?
Website Administrator/ Webmaster
Heres how youll contribute:
Youll do this by:
- Maintain customer websites and manage website content updates, ensuring they are up-to-date, update assets, and optimized for performance.
- Implement and manage website analytics tools and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and optimize website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement / work with the web developers on necessary fixes for customer platforms.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using GA4, generating actionable insights and reports for customers.
- Collaborate with the companys clients to implement SEO strategies and improve organic search rankings for customer websites.
- Coordinate with designers and developers to enhance website functionality and aesthetics for customers.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to website management processes and procedures.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the web presence of customers remains cutting-edge.
Core Skills:
Experience as a Webmaster Web Administrator or similar role with involvement in web content editing, updates and
page design.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE : Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools; Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with a
strong ability to interpret data and provide insights; Understanding of web technologies and CMS platforms (e.g.,
WordPress); HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery) to support graphics and web content
BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE : Website accessibility and compliance standards is a plus; web and graphic design principles,
techniques and best practices and ability to share this knowledge with colleagues
Desired Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written. Experience of Coordination with Client as
well as Internal stakeholders.
