Wordpress Developer

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience developing WordPress websites.
Strong understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with WordPress templating system (Twenty Twenty-Four or similar).
Experience with custom post types, taxonomies, and custom fields (a plus).
Experience with creating child themes (a plus).
Familiarity with WordPress security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive WordPress themes using best practices.
Create custom plugins to extend WordPress functionality.
Integrate third-party APIs and services into WordPress websites.
Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress related issues.
Optimize website performance for speed and SEO.
Maintain and update existing WordPress websites.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends and technologies.
Good to Have Skills
Experience with React.js for building interactive front-end components (a plus).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with basic command line interface (CLI) usage
